Most retreats and curated experiences are weeklong (7 Nights & 8 Days). For custom bookings are minimum is 4 Nights. You can contact our booking specialist for custom bookings and curated experiences.

Our carefully curated retreats and packages include comfortable accommodation at Cape Kalevala, transfers to and from the airport, all meals with a selection of fine wines, beers, and beverages, a dedicated group host to enhance your experience, and all guided tours and activities listed in your chosen package. Each element is thoughtfully designed to provide a seamless, memorable experience.

Travel-related costs such as international flights to and from Finland are not included nor are visa related services. However, all ground transfers between Kuusamo Airport and Cape Kalevala are included in your package if needed.

Cancellations requests must be made at least 30 days before arrival; cancellations after this period are non-refundable. We try to come to a reasonable solution with travellers in certain situations (force majeure). Travel insurance is recommended.
